Hello!
I provide individual therapy to adults and am currently accepting new clients. My in-person office is in Comox, BC. I also offer online therapy to people throughout BC.
I specialize in providing identity-affirming care to LGBTQ+ clients. I am also highly skilled in providing treatment to individuals with anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. I work from a multicultural feminist and trauma-informed perspective. I draw upon evidence-based treatment strategies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I always strive to create a safe, affirming space for you to explore, heal, and grow. If you have more questions about my services or approach, please reach out to start a conversation.

Vision
I am passionate about providing trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care to people who have been hurt by racism, sexism, ableism, xenophobia, fatphobia, homophobia, and transphobia.
Human beings are deeply impacted by our experiences with other people and by our experiences with the institutions that shape our society. These experiences impact how others see us in this world and, perhaps more importantly, how we see ourselves. By shedding light on these systemic influences, we can often uncover the roots of shame, anxiety, anger, depression, anxiety, dissociation, and other forms of pain.
My goal is to help you set down the burden of shame and blame for being “different” and to embrace your whole self.
